About our Mobile Growth Marketing Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead the growth of our mobile apps through paid campaigns and strategies.

This role is all about executing paid campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Raise awareness and drive installs, subscriptions, and conversions for our wellness apps across various platforms
  • Build and iterate on user acquisition funnels to ensure campaigns scale profitably
  • Use AI tools for creative testing, campaign automation, and performance optimization
  • Analyze campaign and funnel data to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test ad creatives, copy, and landing flows
  • Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, platform updates, and new acquisition strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience scaling mobile apps via paid ads across platforms (Meta, Apple, Google)
  • Experience running campaigns in the US and EU markets
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like CleverTap, AppsFlyer, or Google Analytics
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

Bonus Requirements

  • Background in wellness, health, or fitness apps
  • Experience working in SaaS or app growth roles
