Job Summary

Salesforce Business Analysts play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, prototyping, building, and supporting solutions for the Salesforce Order Management and Fulfilment capability to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements surrounding the fulfilment process and suggest enhanced business and system processes for those requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and oversee the build activities to deliver integrated solutions from the design stage to a functional application with a focus on SFDC best practices.
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional documentation for requirement specifications.
  • Provide system administration support of customized Salesforce applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow.
  • Understand Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality, quote-to-order processes, product setup, product options, product configuration & rules, pricing, discounting, and quote templates.
  • Have working knowledge of SFDC integration, WebServices Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, and Advance Approvals.
  • Be able to integrate with Salesforce.com using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years' experience working on the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience working with fulfilment process implementations, middleware, and 3rd party integrations is essential.
