Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Professional Certification in Labor Compliances

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR Labor Compliance, with significant exposure to the IT/ITES sector in India.

• Demonstrated success in handling complex compliance issues, government inspections, and audits

• Comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of central and state Indian labor laws

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain legal concepts clearly

• Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and compliance checks

• High ethical standards and professional integrity

• Proactive, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects independently

• Effective negotiation and influencing skills

• Proficiency in HRIS and compliance management software
