Job Title: Digital Manager - Strategic Content Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Manager to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, manage our online presence, and drive engagement across various platforms.

This role requires a creative thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3+ years experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their strengths, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and growth.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
