Job Title: Azure Data Engineer


Overview: We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Engineer to join our team at Durapid Technologies Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Leverage Azure Data Bricks, Lakehouse architecture, Data Lake, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Service Bus, Topic, blob storages, Azure Functions, AKS, and Key Vault to build robust data solutions.

  • Utilize Azure Databricks or similar tools to transform and manipulate data effectively.

  • Employ Python and PySpark for scripting and data automation tasks.

  • Work with streaming data platforms like Kafka to process real-time data streams.

  • Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Azure infrastructure components.

  • Integrate data from various sources using APIs.

  • Collaborate effectively in an Agile development environment.

  • Utilize CI/CD tools and concepts (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Workflow) to automate the deployment and management of data pipelines.

  • Design and implement data ingestion solutions using ETL or ELT processes.

  • Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve root causes of issues.

  • Thrive in ambiguous environments and solve undefined problems.

  • Guide and mentor junior resources to achieve project goals.


About You: You should have a strong experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Data Bricks, Lakehouse architecture, Data Lake, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Service Bus, Topic, blob storages, Azure Functions, AKS, and Key Vault. Solid scripting experience with Python and PySpark is also required. Experience with data transformation and manipulation using Azure Databricks or similar tools, knowledge of streaming data platforms like Kafka, and good working knowledge of Azure infrastructure components are also necessary. Experience working in an Agile development environment, working knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts, and ability to guide and mentor junior resources are also required.
