As an Azure Data Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and managing data-driven solutions on the Azure cloud platform.

Your expertise in Azure technologies, data engineering concepts, and scripting languages will be essential for delivering valuable insights and driving business value.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leverage Azure Data Bricks, Lakehouse architecture, Data Lake, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Service Bus, Topic, blob storages, Azure Functions, AKS, and Key Vault to build robust data solutions.

- Utilize Azure Databricks or similar tools to transform and manipulate data effectively.

- Employ Python and PySpark for scripting and data automation tasks.

- Work with streaming data platforms like Kafka to process real-time data streams.

- Demonstrate a good working knowledge of Azure infrastructure components.

- Integrate data from various sources using APIs.

- Collaborate effectively in an Agile development environment.

- Utilize CI/CD tools and concepts (Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and Workflow) to automate the deployment and management of data pipelines.

- Design and implement data ingestion solutions using ETL or ELT processes.

- Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve root causes of issues.

- Thrive in ambiguous environments and solve undefined problems.

- Guide and mentor junior resources to achieve project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Data Bricks, Lakehouse architecture, Data Lake, Cosmos DB, Event Hub, Service Bus, Topic, blob storages, Azure Functions, AKS, and Key Vault.

- Solid scripting experience with Python and PySpark.

- Experience with data transformation and manipulation using Azure Databricks or similar tools.

- Knowledge of streaming data platforms like Kafka.

- Good working knowledge of Azure infrastructure components.

- Experience with data integration using APIs.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts.

- Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to manage ambiguity.

- Ability to guide and mentor junior resources
