Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver engaging online lectures that meet Accredian's teaching standards. You will also be expected to utilize real-world case studies, tools, and techniques to provide practical insights to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Instruction: Develop and deliver effective training sessions on Project Management and related topics.
  • Deliver interactive online lectures that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Utilize real-world scenarios, best practices, and cutting-edge tools to enhance student understanding.
  • Student Engagement and Support:
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
  • Provide timely feedback and support to students, addressing their queries and facilitating their academic growth.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in technical training or education.
  • Proven background in Project Management, having held positions such as Project Manager or similar roles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong passion for teaching and training.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
