**Job Title:** Fund Accounting Specialist

  • Perform and review daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual fund accounting functions as assigned.
  • Coordinate with different teams (both internal and external) to perform various tasks.
  • Take ownership and accountability for timely and accurate resolution of cash breaks.
  • Monitor the status of aged and significantly sized breaks to ensure timely and accurate resolution by following up with stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary reviewer and quality assurance of deliverables produced by your team.
  • Calculate, book, and review deal-wise fees like management, incentive/carry etc., as assigned.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Process Efficiency: 15%
  • Keep the client informed about expected delays and reasons thereof in a timely manner along with a plan of action.
  • Ensure all deliverables are achieved as per defined timelines and with expected quality for clients.
  • Participate in calls/meetings between teams, clients to help set expectations right and document same to clear understanding gaps.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of applications used to complete tasks.
  • Perform root cause analysis of problems and escalate to manager as needed.
