Digital Growth Manager

This role involves overseeing revenue growth, optimizing the user experience, and planning promotional campaigns to drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to analyze data to inform business decisions.

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3-5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing, preferably in the home, lifestyle, or cookware industry. A deep understanding of Shopify and other relevant tools is also essential.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and experience in UI/UX improvement projects. They will also possess a solid grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel metrics, and landing page psychology.

A/B testing mindset and cross-functional experience working with marketing, design, tech, and supply chain teams are highly desirable. Additionally, the ability to brief creatives and write/edit content is a bonus.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Revenue and growth ownership: oversee monthly GMV, AOV, and CVR metrics.
  • Website optimization: lead UI/UX improvements and navigation flows.
  • Promotions and campaigns: plan and execute festive, thematic, or product-launch-driven promotions.
  • Tech and ops coordination: liaise with logistics, customer service, and product ops teams.
  • Growth marketing support: coordinate closely with performance marketing teams.
  • Retention and CRM: drive post-purchase engagement and reviews.
