About the Role

We are a dynamic and growing team seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative department.

This role offers the opportunity to work on various projects, including designing marketing materials, adapting existing designs for different media channels, and creating visually appealing layouts for print and digital platforms.

  • Create engaging visual content, including posters, banners, brochures, leaflets, product displays, and POSM design that effectively communicates our message to target audiences.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of market trends and competitor activities to ensure our brand stays ahead of the curve.
  • Implement client brand guidelines with precision, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and meet customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate expertise in layout, typography, and color theory, ensuring visually stunning and effective designs.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign) is essential for producing exceptional results.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the design and print industry.

Necessary Qualifications

  • Possess a degree or diploma in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or Communication Design from a reputable institution.

  • An excellent understanding of graphic design principles, concepts, and techniques.
  • The ability to think creatively, solve problems, and come up with innovative ideas.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • The capacity to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of quality throughout your work.
