Job Opportunity: Financial Operations Lead

The role of Financial Operations Lead entails overseeing the entire invoice processing lifecycle to guarantee operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end invoice processing for various types of invoices, including PO-based, non-PO-based, DPR, LC, and import invoices.
  • Oversight and optimization of invoice workflows, encompassing 3-way/2-way matching, exception handling, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Driving automation initiatives and system enhancements to enhance invoice posting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentoring and leading the invoice processing team.
  • Monitoring and analyzing invoice processing performance metrics.

Qualification Requirements:

  • A postgraduate degree in finance, or a professional certification like CA or CWA.
  • At least 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, or related finance roles.
  • A proven track record in handling complex invoice processing operations and leading teams.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications like MBA (Finance), CA, or CWA.
