Job Title:

Full Stack WordPress Developer

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to manage a portfolio of WordPress/WooCommerce websites. This is a fully remote role that requires availability for meetings during business hours.

About the Role:

This position involves building new websites and customizing existing ones using WordPress and Elementor templates. Additionally, it requires developing and managing custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing international website functionality, leading conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, and collaborating with marketing, design, and data teams to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build new websites and customize existing ones using WordPress + Elementor templates.
  • Develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features.
  • Implement international website functionality (geo-location, multi-currency, multi-language).
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all sites.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and data teams to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Skilled in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.

Advantageous Skills:

  • Experience with BigQuery and Looker Studio for advanced reporting.
  • SEO and page-speed optimization expertise.
  • Previous experience with international e-commerce platforms.
