Role: Tech Co-Founder – AI/ML Product Development

This senior full-stack developer & architect position is ideal for an individual with entrepreneurial aspirations who wishes to grow into a Co-Founder role in an AI-first startup.

  • Oversee the end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules.
  • Build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems.
  • Architect and deploy applications in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem.
  • Deliver MVPs with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and interns.
  • Closely collaborate with founders, investors, and board members to align tech strategy with business goals.
  • Contribute actively to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and GTM strategy.
Requirements:
  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience.
  • A proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in:
  • AI/ML pipelines and productization.
  • Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures.
  • LangChain, LangGraph, Vector DBs.
  • GCP services (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.).
  • Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative (preferred).
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch.
