Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive testing and validation support to ensure the system meets Bank's internal policies and requirements.

Mandatory---Knowledge of MT103 + MT202 ( SWIFT Payments)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and efficient understanding along with sound knowledge of Liquidity Management (Sweeping and Pooling).
  • Develop strong knowledge of OBLM application in terms of maintenance set-ups such as Onboarding, Account parameters, Frequency, Sweep types.
  • Perform User Acceptance testing in OBLM application.
  • Validation of migrated data from GTS Matrix to OBLM in production.
  • Qlik report validation in UAT and production.
  • Support postproduction requirements.
  • Defect Retesting.
  • Provide training to production staffs.

Problem Solving:

We are looking for someone who can manage business and customers' expectations.

  • Participate in Team Huddles and show enough Teamwork to provide solutions to any issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless client delivery.
  • Ensure effective testing is done and adherence to service standard and quality services to all stakeholders.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements.
  • Evaluate and ensure that the practice and procedures stated have been strictly followed during the course of data validation.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility:

We expect our team member to take corrective and preventive action based on feedback from stakeholders.

  • Immediately escalate service defects/issues to the manager/seniors.
  • Share responsibility with his/her seniors.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4+ years of relevant working experiences. You also need strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Azure) and knowledge on OBLM product are necessary. The ability to work under pressure, excellent organizational skills and good team player are also required.
