  6. Engaging in studio activities, discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives;">
  7. Creating accurate 3D models, realistic material applications, lighting, and photorealistic renders;">
  8. Understanding space planning, interior detailing, and joinery design;">
  9. Competence in preparing presentation boards and visual concepts;">
  10. Strong eye for aesthetics, colour, material selection, and composition;">
  11. Ability to translate conceptual ideas into detailed visualizations;">
  12. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;">
  13. Good communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate with senior designers, architects, and contractors;">
  14. Time management and adaptability to handle multiple projects in parallel.">

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and have strong proficiency in software such as Rhino, V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
