We are seeking a skilled and innovative Junior Architect with 1-3 years of experience in workplace interior design to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a Junior Architect, you will collaborate with designers, architects, and strategists to develop comprehensive design concepts for corporate clients. You will apply outstanding conceptual thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.

  • Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD (2D).
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and produce material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards.
  • Work with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD (2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.
  • Excellent conceptual thinking and graphic presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities.
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors).
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design.
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
