Job Title: Livelihood and Disaster Specialist

• Facilitate FPO formation in rural communities with clear targets.
• Provide access to agricultural information for FPOs.
• Work closely with district agriculture officers to implement programs after concurrence.
• Develop climate-friendly methodologies to enhance village agriculture, document impacts, and verify data.
• Access government schemes for subsidies and loans for FPOs with agreed targets.
• Promote PIP programs and ensure outcomes are fulfilled with documentation.
• Prepare committees practically in response to disasters by working closely with disaster risk management teams.
• Help committees develop resilience in adverse situations.
• Develop task forces in villages to respond to probable disasters and mitigation plans.
