Role Overview

Mindtickle is the market-leading revenue productivity platform that combines on-the-job learning and deal execution to get more revenue per rep. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the end-to-end product management of two key products, collaborating effectively with engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of work experience, including at least 3+ years as a product manager or tech entrepreneur, with experience managing platform products in a SaaS organization. The successful candidate will be highly creative, with a strong ability to identify user pain points and needs, and a proven track record in analyzing data/usage trends and deriving actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end product management of two key products.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams.
  • Define and drive analytics and reporting aspects of SaaS products.
  • Develop product roadmaps by integrating market direction, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Create detailed product requirement documents and user experience specifications.
  • Address the complexities associated with scaling products.
  • Define and analyze metrics to inform product success.
  • Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Support Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams.
  • Work closely with leadership and stakeholders to execute product strategy.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of work experience.
  • At least 3+ years as a product manager or tech entrepreneur.
  • Experience managing platform products in a SaaS organization.
  • Strong ability to identify user pain points and needs.
  • Proven track record in analyzing data/usage trends.
  • Hands-on experience with Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar analytical tools.
