Job Title: Customer Service Operations Manager

As a seasoned professional, you have the opportunity to make a real impact on business operations and drive performance improvement through effective service delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service operations manager who can assure excellence in service delivery and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and track KPIs that drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Support in-market teams in managing disputes, performance issues, and customer claims.
  • Drive performance improvement and transformation through analytics and automation.
  • Establish a robust governance model for transactional alignment, continuous improvement, and regular performance review meetings.
  • Develop a comprehensive business continuity plan (BCP).
  • Build a high-performing team with expertise in customer service operations and business acumen.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Graduate/post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in order-to-cash (O2C) operations and strong English language skills.
  • Strong program/project management experience and analytical skills.

  • Business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
  • Agile mindset and capabilities.
  • Exposure to High Radius tool and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
