Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues.
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
  • Review codes, specifications, and processes.
  • Maintain Rejection, Rework records.
  • Monitor 5S activities at the department.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical engineering or Diploma with adequate experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality Assurance/Control, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Codes such as ASTM SEC II Part A & B, Sec IX, Sec V, Sec VII.
  • Familiarity with ISO knowledge.
  • Experience with 7 QC tools.
  • Teamwork, Interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, and attention to detail.
  • Technical understanding, Design skills.
  • Problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection skills.
  • Experience in Quality Auditing and Quality Management.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
