Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting and processes, responsible for accurate and timely monthly financial close, compliance with GAAP (Ind-AS), and consistency in accounting.

  1. Accounting & Reporting:
    • Handle end-to-end accounting and processes viz. P2P, R2R, O2C for respective Business Units (BU)
    • Responsible for completion of accurate and timely monthly financial close
  2. Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Support specific BU with end-to-end finance operational support
    • Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability for the specific BU
  3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. CA Inter/CMA degree
  2. 1-3+ years of experience in accounting and finance

Skills:

  1. Advanced expertise in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  2. Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  3. Self-driven and results-oriented individual with impeccable integrity

Preferred Skills:

  1. Start-up experience and scaling up a start-up through series-A, series-B funding efforts
  2. Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software
