Design Innovator

We are seeking a skilled Rug Designer to lead our creative efforts in developing modern rug designs. Our office is based in Delhi, with manufacturing facilities in Panipat and Bhadohi.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive plan for the company's creative direction across various product lines.
  • Share concept ideas for themes and collections to drive design development.
  • Create designs for themes in suitable qualities and textures of identified collections.
  • Stay up-to-date with new ideas on fibers, yarns, and weaves for manufacturing.
  • Plan exhibition stand design in line with collections being displayed.
  • Design room settings for rug rendering.
  • Develop catalogues and social media posts.
  • Travel to factories and exhibitions as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or diploma in design.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of carpet techniques - hand tuft, hand knotted, handloom.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Indesign, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Galaincha software is an asset.
