Job Title: Carpet Design Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in developing innovative carpet collections, mentoring junior designers, and translating creative vision into products that can be woven with clarity and consistency.

  • This involves leading the conceptualization and design of seasonal collections and special projects, translating design briefs into production-ready outputs, and collaborating with field teams.
  • The selected candidate will also provide creative direction and hands-on mentoring to junior and assistant designers, ensuring accuracy and feasibility of designs for hand-knotting, hand-tufting, and other traditional techniques.
