Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our online presence across platforms.
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, and performance-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and schedule high-quality content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Boost posts and run targeted ads using Meta Ad Manager & Meta Ad Booster
- Set up and optimize paid ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI
- Track and analyze KPIs (Reach, Engagement, CTR, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and report weekly/monthly
- Develop and implement strategies to grow followers and improve brand visibility
- Work closely with graphic designers or use tools (like Canva) for post creation
- Engage with followers and respond to queries and comments promptly
- Research and stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management
- Strong expertise in Meta Ad Manager & Meta Post Boosting
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva/Photoshop
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and deadline-oriented
