Program Manager Role

We are seeking an accomplished professional with direct experience in running EdTech programs—someone who has successfully managed students, mentors, and operational processes to deliver impactful outcomes.

  • Run student batches end-to-end — from onboarding to successful completion.
  • Ensure classes, timelines, and outcomes stay on track.
  • Act as the primary liaison between students, mentors, and our team.
  • Keep students engaged, track their progress, and step in if they fall behind.
  • Support mentors so they can deliver smooth, high-quality sessions.
  • Establish and improve post-sales processes for a better student journey.
  • Monitor key metrics (attendance, completion %, feedback, NPS, etc.).
  • Utilize data to identify gaps and make programs better every cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to enhance overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Lead student batches, manage timelines, and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Mentor Support: Foster effective mentor-student relationships and provide guidance as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement efficient post-sales processes.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize metrics to inform program improvements and drive growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize program experiences.

  • Experience: Proven track record of managing EdTech programs, operational processes, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive program success.
