Job Title: Program Manager Specialist

About this Role

This is a pivotal position in our organization, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Learning and Development programs.

As a Program Manager Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of these programs by monitoring their effectiveness, driving learner engagement, and managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment and success.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of Learning and Development programs, from planning to execution.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and drive learner engagement through data analysis and insights.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Track program performance and maintain relevant documentation to provide regular updates.
  • Support strategic L&D initiatives, including capability building, leadership programs, and innovation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
