Livelihood Program Lead

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies for promoting entrepreneurship and enterprise development among target groups.
  2. Foster partnerships with government bodies, private sector actors, and technical institutions for capacity building, technical, and enterprise support.
  3. Lead teams in establishing institutional linkages at the district level with banks, incubator/accelerator programs, retail outlets, and e-commerce platforms for financial and marketing support.
  4. Maintain high standards of professionalism and prioritize tasks effectively while upholding organization policies and protocols across all levels.
  5. Cultivate collaborative communication with stakeholders, ensure confidentiality and data security, and be open to frequent travel based on project needs.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work/Sciences, Entrepreneurship Development, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing livelihood or income generation programs in the social sector.
  • Prior experience working with informal sectors and vulnerable workforce.
  • Strong understanding of social and environmental sustainability concepts, innovative mindset, analytical skills, and proficiency in English, Tamil, Bengali, and Telugu.
