Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Architect to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and mentor QA teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

  • Develop and implement advanced testing strategies and frameworks to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business requirements.
  • Understand business requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Establish performance, scalability, and reliability testing processes to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement by analyzing test results and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Work closely with software development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define testing criteria for all requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain test automation code quality to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Define test metrics and track them to ensure testing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and AI to create plans that evaluate relevant topics, train the team, and adapt those.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with performance and scalability testing.
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing manual and automation test strategies.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
  • Expertise in performance testing and quality assurance.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
