Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy and Management: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for LinkedIn, Twitter, Substack, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including writing posts, designing visuals, and producing video content.
- Maintain and grow our online community, fostering relationships with followers and expanding our reach.
Content Collaboration:
- Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and community members to gather stories and insights for newsletters and social media content.
- Plan and execute compelling topics for our fortnightly newsletter.
- Write detailed case studies showcasing client success stories and our service impact.
Event Marketing:
- Manage our Luma page, ensuring it's up-to-date with events like webinars and community meetups.
- Promote events effectively through social media and other marketing channels.
- Organize online social promotions and campaigns to drive community participation.
Campaign Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across all digital channels.
- Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain a pulse on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to inform our approach.
Community Engagement:
- Foster positive brand presence by actively engaging with followers.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and community leaders relevant to our mission.
- Monitor and participate in industry discussions to position ourselves as thought leaders.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Exceptional content writing skills tailored to diverse platforms.
- Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns.
- Proficiency in tracking metrics and using social media tools.
Compensation Package:
- Estimated monthly salary: INR 80,000 - 1,50,000, based on experience.
