Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to support media use cases with strong expertise in media analytics and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics models for customer lifetime value, anomaly detection, and media mix modeling.
  • Solve complex media optimization problems and conduct A/B testing to evaluate proposed solutions.
  • Partner with domain leads and business stakeholders to clearly understand business requirements; design and develop analytical and AI solutions to drive recommendations that are aligned with the organization's strategy and OKRs.
  • Support the domain leads and business teams to solve complex analytical challenges.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams of business partners, data scientists, data engineers, solutions, and data architects to quickly deliver scalable Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including DL, ML, NLP, optimization, etc.
  • Development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable AI solutions, including the optimization of data queries, code refactoring, shared library usage, and documentation of process and solution artifacts.
  • Research and promote the latest technologies, design patterns, and best practice delivery models that drive optimal business value and ensure continuous improvement of the team, processes, and platforms.
  • Drive recommendations that are clearly linked to the organization's strategy and OKRs and drive performance improvement.
  • Employ innovative thinking and always seek the best ways of working for our teams and business partners.
Required Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in Data Science/Analytics with a strong focus on media measurement, marketing effectiveness, and performance optimization. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or other related fields is required, with an advanced degree preferred. The candidate should have experience in developing and implementing advanced analytics models such as Customer Lifetime Value, NLP, Look-Alike models, and Anomaly Detection. Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI is highly desirable. Strong programming skills in Python, Spark, SQL, and ability to write robust code employing best practice coding standards and documentation. Proven experience with Databricks platform, Snowflake, and Azure cloud services. Experience in MLOps techniques, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and model monitoring. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, DOMO, and Tableau. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
