Lead Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Architect to join our team. As a Lead Architect, you will be responsible for comprehensive planning, design, and execution of architectural and master planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project leadership: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Feasibility analysis: Conduct thorough analysis to determine project viability, feasibility, and potential returns.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Meetings management: Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Consultant review: Review and approve consultant work, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Standards compliance: Ensure all projects meet or exceed relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Reporting and proposals: Develop and present high-quality reports, proposals, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.
  • Cross-disciplinary collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers.
  • Regulatory adherence: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and permits.
  • Site oversight: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and provide solutions.
  • Design solutions: Provide innovative and effective design solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Final inspections: Conduct thorough final inspections to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Architecture degree: Possess a recognized Bachelor of Architecture degree from an accredited institution.
  • Excellent English language skills: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint presentation creation and delivery: Possess strong skills in creating and delivering engaging PowerPoint presentations.
