The role of a Sales Associate with Amazon Seller Services India involves identifying and acquiring valuable retailers, establishing long-term partnerships, and helping them integrate with Amazon's product platform. As the face of Amazon to these retailers, you will understand their needs, develop solutions, and drive growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire valuable retailers
* Establish long-term partnerships with retailers

Requirements
* More than 3 years of experience in sales
* Bachelor's degree required; MBA is preferred
* Passion for e-commerce is required
* Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction
* Proven ability to manage business by numbers, must be metrics-driven
* Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
* Ability to speak the local language is desirable
