Data Science/AI Competency Center:

This center focuses on leveraging data, analytics, and AI technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions. We utilize Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Model Deployment, and Integration as well as Model Monitoring and Maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running end-to-end initiatives (Business understanding, Data understanding/preparation, Modeling, Evaluation, and Deployment)
  • Analyzing and interpreting findings
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes
  • Supporting Pre-sales activities and initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Familiarity with theory behind various machine learning concepts
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Experience with business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, model evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL, and vector databases
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CV/GenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with big data and distributed environments would be a plus
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in the area of Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, or Computer Vision would be a big plus

General Requirements:

  • Good computer programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources and Databricks
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems
  • Ability to lead small technical teams on projects
