Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage an enterprise privacy framework to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage data mapping and flow across entities, maintaining an up-to-date inventory aligned with organizational data classification requirements.
- Evaluate organization-wide privacy program needs and ensure the developed program meets all requirements.
Implementation and Monitoring
- Collaborate closely with technology and business stakeholders to integrate privacy considerations into product development, service offerings, and third-party engagements.
- Conduct ongoing audits for implementation of policies and procedures across applications and business functions.
- Perform due diligence on contracts in collaboration with the legal team and monitor privacy requirements across products and services.
- Provide regular updates on the state of privacy, highlighting risks and actions undertaken and planned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Excel in communication and project management skills.
- Show ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
