Job Title: Treasury Analyst
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily cash flow across various project Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and optimize fund utilization.
  • Issue Capital Expenditure Letters of Credit (Capex LCs) and manage Buyer's Credit/Supplier's Credit arrangements efficiently.
  • Invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to maximize returns.
  • Maintain timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.
  • Accurately record advances and Performance Bank Guarantees (BG) received from vendors/BG issued to third parties.
  • Oversee Inter-Corporate Deposit issuance, limit monitoring, and documentation.
  • Promptly update treasury accounting entries on a daily basis.
  • Manage foreign exchange hedging activities and related bank documentation effectively.
  • Lead Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives.
  • Liaise with banks on operational matters and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Submit treasury-related details and audit coordination in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly treasury management information systems (MIS), including reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures.
  • Support new project financing activities and loan documentation.
