Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the month end closing process, including general ledger and rolling forecasts. They will also manage internal and external audit requirements, as well as ensure compliance with tax laws.

  • Lead the month end closing process, including GL, rolling forecasts, and cash flow management.
  • Manage internal and external audit requirements.
  • Develop and deliver ad hoc reports for business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial reporting and analysis.
  • Business partnering support, including financial planning and monitoring of business results.
  • Working capital management.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Ability to implement and maintain effective internal controls systems.

Treasury Management:

  • Liaise with external agents to ensure timely local statutory reporting.

Adhoc Financial Projects:

  • Responsible for delivering high-quality financial projects.

Internal Controls:

  • Review and ensure adherence to approval processes.
  • Implement and maintain an effective internal controls system.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Player:

  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.

Accounting Policies:

  • Familiarity with accounting policies and procedures.

Payroll Accounting:

  • Review and check journal vouchers prepared by Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.

Representative:

  • Represent the Finance Department in interactions with employees and external individuals & organizations.
