Job Title: Accounts Payable Professional

 

Job Description:

 

As an experienced Accounts Payable professional, you will be responsible for managing bank payments, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely completion of statutory audits.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bank payments and AP invoice booking
  • Coordinate with multiple teams internally for AP and Taxes related activities
  • Participate in statutory audits, due diligences, and internal audits
  • Responsible for monthly book closing, including BRS, invoice booking, accruals, and capitalization
  • Employee reimbursement and foreign vendor payment management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree mandatory
  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure
  • Experience in start-ups that have achieved scale is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal/external teams
  • Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, DarwinBox) will be an added plus
