Job Opportunity

About the Role

  • This position involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure software quality.
  • The successful candidate will convert manual test cases into automated scripts, maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks, and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Responsibilities include analyzing test results, reporting defects, and collaborating with development and other teams to ensure software meets quality standards.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-10 years of IT experience in Application Design, Development, Testing and Maintenance projects is required.
  • Candidates should have knowledge and hands-on experience in Software testing life cycle (STLC) and be familiar with automation testing tools such as Selenium.
  • Proficiency in Java/Spring boot and knowledge of SQL/any DB are also essential.

Good-to-Have Qualifications

  • Exposure to Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, and P&C Insurance domain knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Experience in scan, build, and deployment tools such as Proofpoint, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow would be beneficial.

Additional Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will actively participate in primary responsibilities including design, develop, and execute automated tests.
  • Collaboration with QA leads, developers, and business analysts is necessary to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
