Key Responsibilities
At CryptoMize, we're looking for a skilled Multimedia Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing graphics and animations based on client needs and company standards. This includes designing and developing complex animations using experience, creativity skills, and independent judgment. The Multimedia Developer will also provide design support to multimedia development and enhancement projects, complete project assignments within allotted budget and timeline, attend client meetings to understand project requirements, assist in development of storyboarding to display the flow of animation sequence, and develop life-like animated objects using Actionscript, AIR, Flash, and Flex.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the Multimedia Developer must have a strong background in HTML, HTML5, and Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premier Pro, Media Encoder, Action Script 3, etc). Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and/or XML is a plus, and working knowledge of Flash media elements is required. The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities, highly self-motivated, hard-working, and ambitious in achieving goals and ready to do whatever it takes. They should be creative, with artistic flair and good imagination, analytics, and high-order thinking skills. Ability to work under pressure with dynamic workload and time pressure is essential, as well as excellent aptitude, manipulative, behavioral, computational, presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal, communications, and teaching skills. Fluency in English is required.
