Job Title: Multimedia Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Multimedia Developer to join our team at CryptoMize. As a Multimedia Developer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive digital media experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex animations using experience, creativity skills, and independent judgment.
  • Develop graphics and animations based on client needs and company standards.
  • Provide design support to multimedia development and enhancement projects.
  • Complete project assignments within allotted budget and timeline.
  • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements.
  • Assist in development of storyboarding to display the flow of animation sequence.
  • Develop life-like animated objects using Actionscript, AIR, Flash, and Flex.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss design ideas and issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest design technology and techniques.
  • Ensure proper use of design templates, standards, and style sheets.
  • Supervise and guide other developers in assigned projects.
  • Conduct test trial with new design technologies and equipment.
  • Identify and troubleshoot design related problems in a timely fashion.
  • Report complex design issues to Design Lead and Project Manager.
  • Investigate, analyze, and recommend appropriate equipment and software to achieve client objectives.
  • Prepare flow diagrams and storyboards to outline product concepts.
  • Prepare code to produce the multimedia product.
  • Prepare digital graphics, animations, sound, video, photographs, and images for editing.
  • Prepare design concepts.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in HTML, HTML5, and Adobe Suite (After Effects, Premier Pro, Media Encoder, Action Script 3, etc).
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and/or XML a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Flash media elements.
  • An understanding of streaming, Flash, and HTML5.
  • Pro-active and willing to take initiatives and responsibilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, hard-working, and ambitious in achieving goals and ready to do whatever it takes.
  • Creative, with artistic flair and good imagination, analytics, and high-order thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with dynamic workload and time pressure.
  • The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software, and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
  • Minimum work experience of 1-5 years. Freshers may also apply.
  • Excellent aptitude, manipulative, behavioral, computational, presentation, verbal, written, interpersonal, communications, and teaching skills and should be fluent in English.
  • Up-to-date with recent technological advances and developments, advances in computer technology, and how this affects the business environment and have a strong client focus.
  • Ability to work under pressure with dynamic workload and time pressure.
  • Ability to both lead and follow instructions and give appropriate input and suggestions when required to.
  • Should be adaptable and able to pick up new, better, and advanced techniques whenever required to.
  • He/she should be able to work perfectly in every possible condition, situation, place, or work environment we put him/her into.
  • Should believe in teamwork, cooperation, and helping others out whenever needed.
