**Job Opportunity:** 3D Architect Position

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our design team as a 3D Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual architectural designs into realistic 3D visualizations and renderings.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled 3D architect to bring their expertise to our design team. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to bring projects to life and communicate design intent clearly through high-quality 3D modeling, rendering, and animation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D architectural models based on 2D drawings, sketches, or conceptual designs.
  • Develop high-quality photo-realistic visualizations, renderings, walkthroughs, and animations.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project goals.
  • Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into realistic 3D representations.
  • Provide input during the design process to improve spatial aesthetics and functionality.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in architectural visualization and modeling.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards.
  • Use tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, D5, or similar.
  • Work closely with clients to understand and deliver on visual expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Architecture and Interior Modelling Design
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in Architecture or related field
  • Experience with 3D modeling software and tools
