We are seeking a skilled AI engineer to join our team and work on the development of innovative AI solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in Python engineering, Generative AI, and MCP concepts to contribute to the creation of cutting-edge technology.

Job Description:

  • Design and implement AI backends using Python, combining engineering discipline with GenAI capabilities.
  • Key responsibilities include:
    • Python Engineering: Implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Python codebases.
    • Generative AI & RAG: Develop and optimize AI models for generation and retrieval tasks.
    • MCP (Model Context Protocol): Implement and integrate MCP server implementations into existing systems.
    • Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Workflows: Design and develop workflows that facilitate interactions between AI agents.
    • Production & Observability: Ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI systems in production environments.
  • Required skills and qualifications include:
    • 3–7 years professional experience with Python (3.9+).
    • Strong knowledge of OOP, async programming, and REST API design.
    • Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts and hands-on experience with MCP server implementations.
    • Understanding of multi-agent workflows and orchestration libraries.
    • Proficiency with FastAPI/Django for backend development.
    • Comfort with Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines.
