We are seeking a skilled software developer to join our team.

  • This role involves developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and Laravel.
  • You will be responsible for communicating with clients for requirement analysis, performing technical analysis of requirements, and preparing detailed technical design.
  • Additionally, you will handle a team of developers or mentor juniors by task briefing, review tasks, and give feedback.
  • You will also prepare external documentation such as Requirement Specification, User Manual, System Manual, Technical documentation.
  • In this role, you will develop internal documentation such as Project Plan, Database design, Functional design.
  • You will be required to develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel, collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable backend systems, write clean, secure, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Ongoing MySQL queries optimization and ensuring smooth database performance are essential skills in this role.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing applications is also part of your responsibilities.

To be successful in this position, you should have 3+ years of experience in IT development, exposure to object-oriented programming, and good analytical skills.

You should have good technical knowledge and experience in PHP, MySQL, JQuery, JS, and AJAX. Experience in open-source frameworks/CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento, or MVC frameworks is an added advantage.

You should also have experience in database design and functional design, and the full software development lifecycle from business/systems analysis to development and testing.
