Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver personalized holiday itineraries that meet customer preferences and budget.
2. Manage hotel bookings, flight confirmations, activity arrangements, and other travel elements to ensure seamless travel experiences.
3. Oversee the entire holiday booking process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
4. Effectively communicate with customers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Resolve customer escalations related to bookings and itinerary changes, ensuring customer satisfaction.
6. Build relationships with vendors to secure competitive rates and high-quality service delivery.
7. Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in holiday operations or a related field.
• Strong understanding of travel products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer escalations professionally.
