We are seeking an experienced and passionate medical professional to join our team as a Regional Medical Advisor. If you are adept at implementing medical affairs strategies and have a strong scientific background, we encourage you to apply.

As a Medical Affairs Strategist, you will contribute to medico-marketing activities and support the implementation of our medical affairs strategy in India. You will be responsible for executing local activities in your designated region, building relationships with key influencers and stakeholders, and providing training and education to healthcare professionals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to sharpen product positioning and develop promotional strategies.
  • Stay updated on scientific knowledge by attending meetings and gathering insights from key opinion leaders.
  • Educate and train internal stakeholders on disease, product, and therapy aspects relevant to promotional strategies.

You will also be responsible for building advocacy for our portfolio with key external stakeholders through ongoing interactions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • MBBS/MD in Pharmacology or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • MDS/BDS with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (allied experience like Pharmacovigilance, Medical Affairs, clinical research, medical writing, etc.)
  • Strong scientific knowledge and interest in diabetes diseases and products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Judicious and analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in analyzing complex situations.
