Medical Affairs Quality Expert

We're seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Quality Expert to join our team at Lilly, a global pharmaceutical company.
About the Role
The Medical Affairs Quality Expert will play a crucial role in reviewing and approving U.S. medical and promotional materials to ensure they are medically accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve medical and promotional content for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Medical, to ensure timely and efficient review and approval processes
- Develop and maintain knowledge of therapeutic areas, products, and disease state information
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments
- Ensure quality, speed, value, and compliance throughout the review process
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a scientific or medical editing role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals
Preferred Qualifications
- In-depth familiarity with US CIQ/MCA framework, procedures, processes, and tools
- Experience in reviewing/writing Medical Affairs communications
- Knowledge and experience specific to clinical pharmacology, therapeutic areas, or other medical and scientific fields
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific, health, communications, technology, or related field

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
