Our team is looking for an experienced SAP Financial Compliance professional to join our dynamic Finance department.

This key role requires a seasoned SAP FICO consultant with in-depth knowledge of financial compliance and accounting processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining FI-CO components, including dunning, payments, account determination, write-offs, refunds, security deposits, promise to pay, and interest calculations.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, application mapping, and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

We are seeking a collaborative and communicative team player who can work effectively with offshore and onsite teams to drive RICEF technical development, create functional specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions.

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 end-to-end SAP FICO implementations under their belt
  • Excellent understanding of interfacing needs with third-party applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in SAP testing tools like HPQC, QTP, and TAO

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional results, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Working closely with the finance team to develop and implement financial compliance strategies
  2. Communicating effectively with business users in a multinational environment
  3. Eliciting business requirements from users, documenting them, and building/configuring solutions
  4. Collaborating with offshore/nearshore teams to drive RICEF technical development
