Job Title:

Technical Systems Specialist

About the Role:

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to design, develop and implement solutions in finance systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite software and be able to work closely with the finance team to configure the system to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop and implement solutions in finance systems in the areas of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Record to Report.
  • Work with the finance team to configure NetSuite software to support business requirements.
  • Architect solutions for complex business requirements which may include complex configurations and development.
  • Administer Boomi NetSuite instance - maintain users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules.
  • Manage mass imports and exports of data.
  • Design and build custom objects and system integration components.
  • Lead and drive design and implementation review sessions with business leads and user teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business/finance, technology or related field required.
  • Strong programming skills including scripting, development of saved searches.
  • Strong experience in the following NetSuite modules: General Ledger, Multi Book accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Procurement, and Reporting.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing and administering NetSuite solutions as a functional consultant and developer.
