Leading Oracle NetSuite Expert

The role of the leading Oracle NetSuite expert is to serve as a subject matter expert on NetSuite implementations, responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive discussions with clients on all NetSuite modules to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions across all areas of NetSuite, utilizing in-depth knowledge of finance and taxes.
  • Design custom solutions according to client specifications, design documentation, and implementation plans, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Coordinate with onshore teams to complete project tasks and follow project plans, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough UAT/SIT (testing) with client and internal cross-functional teams to deliver project expectations on time.
  • Develop and execute test scripts and use cases for client testing, leveraging in-depth knowledge of NetSuite configuration and deployment.
  • Lead technical design sessions; create, estimate, and solution user stories; develop solution documentation aligned with business objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive Super User training to clients, ensuring successful adoption and utilization of NetSuite solutions.
  • Act as an individual contributor, but also able to lead a team of consultants, developers, and/or solution architects, driving results-oriented solutions and projects.
  • Absorb new product and technical capabilities from NetSuite during new product releases, staying up-to-date on the latest features and functionality.
  • Coach and mentor junior resources, owning responsibility for ongoing configuration and development of resources on projects.
  • Oversee client delivery quality on assigned projects, ensuring exceptional results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5 - 8 years of functional, hands-on NetSuite experience, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proven leadership experience as a lead consultant on multiple NetSuite implementations, driving results-oriented solutions and projects.
  • Must possess strong communication, fluency, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage task assignments and drive issues to resolution.
  • Must have led client discovery sessions and conducted system walkthroughs, demonstrating expertise in NetSuite configuration and deployment.
  • Must have a good finance background and led discovery sessions with clients, showcasing in-depth knowledge of finance and taxes.
  • Certified NetSuite ERP Consultant and Admin, Certified Financial User, with a strong understanding of NetSuite's features and functionality.
  • Should have worked on at least 5 end-to-end NetSuite implementations, demonstrating expertise in solution delivery and project management.

Preferred:

  • Excellent communication skills and proactive communications, written and spoken, with internal team members and clients.
  • Candidates with prior experience leading Business Requirements on Finance Modules, demonstrating expertise in solution delivery and project management.
  • Administering comprehensive training and documentation to both end-users and admin users, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of NetSuite solutions.
  • Preferred certifications: NetSuite ERP Consultant, Admin, NetSuite ARM Certification, Multibook enablement, Certified Financial User.
