Job Title: Content Creator Specialist

We're seeking a highly creative and self-driven individual to develop engaging content for our audience.

You'll work closely with writers, editors, designers, and the strategy team to create thumb-stopping content that balances storytelling, trends, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create original video concepts tailored to our niche and audience.
  2. Craft compelling scripts that combine storytelling, education, and entertainment - optimized for viewer retention.
  3. Lead end-to-end video production from ideation to execution - including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
  4. Coordinate with collaborators to ensure on-time, high-quality video delivery.
  5. Optimize videos for YouTube by writing titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
  6. Track video metrics and retention analytics to improve future content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling, preferably for YouTube.
  2. Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
  3. Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO, analytics, and audience psychology.
  4. Familiarity with video production tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Notion, Frame.io, etc.
